The greatest battle Arjuna fought wasn't against warriors—it was against self-doubt.
Shri Krishna's answer is as powerful today as it was on the battlefield.
Here are 5 Bhagavad Gita shlokas everyone should read 🧵👇
The team of Lucnica Ensemble sang Vande Mataram during the welcome in Bratislava.
This comes at a time when we are marking 150 years of Vande Mataram and recalling its glorious contribution to India’s history and freedom struggle.
People still speak about UP using old stereotypes, but NCRB and PSI data tell a very different story now.
For a state of nearly 24 crore people, maintaining a crime rate of 296.6, far lower than Kerala (1389), Telangana (1055), Tamil Nadu (655), or Karnataka (522), is not a small administrative achievement.
The biggest shift is probably in conviction and enforcement. UP now leads the country with a 76.6% conviction rate in crimes against women, while many “progressive” states still see the overwhelming majority of accused walking free. Kanpur and Lucknow are also filing chargesheets faster than cities like Bengaluru and even Delhi in such cases.
At the ground level too, things people actually notice in daily life matter. Lower rates of harassment in public spaces, lower murder rates than several major states, tighter control on fraud, better prison management, these are not ideological debates, but governance outcomes.
Criticising any govt is fair and necessary. But ignoring measurable improvements simply because they do not fit old political narratives is intellectual dishonesty.

At a time when politics remains trapped in caste and identity narratives, the Govt of UP is attempting a more future-oriented approach centred around the common citizen. The following decisions taken by the cabinet on May 4 reflect the same:
1. The new farmer compensation policy for power transmission lines is a progressive step. Earlier, farmers suffered when big infrastructure projects passed through their land. Now, they will get 200% compensation for tower base areas and compensation even for the corridor area where land use is affected. This is how development should happen: by treating citizens as partners, not problems.
2. Another impactful reform announced is the DREAM Skill Labs initiative. Robotics, electronics, design and modern manufacturing are the industries of the future, but most govt school students never get exposure to them. Bringing these labs to govt schools with help from a Tata enterprise can reduce the gap between elite private schools and ordinary students. The focus is finally shifting from just giving degrees to creating skilled and employable youth.
3. The OTD CM Fellowship is another smart move. Indian governance needs fresh talent and better data-based decision-making. Bringing young professionals directly into district-level economic work and policymaking can make governance more modern, transparent and result-oriented.
This is what future-focused governance looks like: fair treatment for farmers, better opportunities for youth, and a more professional administration. Politics should be about preparing society for the future, not endlessly repeating old identity politics.

RJD MP - PAK prints fake Indian currency with same ink, paper & intaglio tech & smuggles to India
Chidambaram - How do I go to the source of the currency notes when it's state sponsored?
Congress Govt accepted in the Parliament about fake currency smuggled through Nepal to India
Now the same Congress is calling what shown in Dhurandhar as propaganda through Dhruv Rathee & it's Ecosystem.
"Acquiring nuclear weapons is against our goal of a nuclear-free state."
A British-founded, US-funded, Italian-run Congress wanted India to stay weak & never be capable of defending its sovereignty.
