@ArionneNettles@deeplyrootedchi Wow! We look like for real dancers🤣 frfr you are so graceful! And my mommy is in it🥰 I love this class SO much. Thank you @drpdance for creating this space for us on the South Side!
A look at an average Saturday at @deeplyrootedchi’s Mature H.O.T Women class. We have so much fun! The best part of my week is this beautiful community. (Just look at me and my dance class bestie @EToddBreland ❤️) https://t.co/mcv7MRKRD2
Ok my third theater experience was with @deeplyrootedchi dance company. And let me tell you, the theater is so much more hopeful than the internets. I found what I’ve been missing—movement, beauty, sensuality, joy, and community. Loved it!
Today’s @drpdance class was everything: therapy, church, a reunion. My spirit just really needed it. I don’t know how I didn’t just cry right there in the studio.

The feeling I have leaving my @drpdance class on Saturdays is my very favorite one because not only have I spent time in movement but it’s also such a reminder to appreciate my body and what it can do. So it’s my favorite part of the week. Easily!
