Glad to see the "equity in online learning" articles. Let's remember, too, equity is an institutional, ideological commitment. Not a strategy/tool we pull out of the drawer and apply to online learning when we haven't invested the labor necessary to apply it to everything else.
That feeling when you go to the store and find empty shelves is similar to having no money to buy what is in the store. Many are experiencing for the first time what students/families in poverty face everyday. Poverty, like the virus is not a character flaw. #povertyinformed
