@redlynton@FrancescoSolbak@LangmanVince Olympics is the Olympics. Amateurs if you want to send amateurs to represent your country. Either way USA basketball team is rank #1 in FIBA and dominate the Olympics
@CChef1980@LangmanVince My argument is not for just US famous, its more so being famous vs worldwide famous. And to that I say fuck worldwide fame when you can have the best of both worlds with just regular fame.
@CChef1980@LangmanVince Good or bad, if you can’t step outside with your wife and enjoy a peaceful meal at a restaurant in ANY country without a literal mob of people constantly around tryin to take pictures of you, I don’t want it. What’s a good deal/bigger prize to someone that’s super rich?
@ruffy594@ElnoZzip@michaelwgehl@LangmanVince What does baseball have to do with this? The tackles in the nfl generate higher peak force collisions. In rugby it’s more of a momentum wrap up tackling technique. The hits(tackles) are much harder in the nfl
@K1ngRealMarceL@FrancescoSolbak@LangmanVince What’s bigger, the Fiba tournament or the Olympics? The last olympics were in 2024 and guess who won. The next Olympics games are guess where and guess who’ll win again
@AnthonyLee59@LangmanVince In rugby they tackle with theirs arms wrapping around. In nfl they tackle with their shoulders while running full speed. With it being a game of inches along with the pads adding a “safe” feeling, the hits are brutal. Rules are changing tho, too many injuries and brain damage
@CChef1980@LangmanVince Considering way of life, being worldwide famous isn’t the flex you think it is. Look at messi’s face in public in any country. I think it’s better to be famous primarily in one/two countries and be able to travel the rest of the world peacefully like a normal person n still rich
@Chris_Baun@ChargingCaboose@LangmanVince That’s literally Tom Brady in a different sport🤦🏽♂️ not about the athleticism but the genius mind to read and dissect the defense
