Hon'ble DG Anand Garu, I am writing to you as one of the last resorts for help in a case of corruption, fraud, and cheating. In my absence, the SRO Officials in Sangareddy, in collusion with others executed over 200 sale deeds between April 2013 and May 2019.
This is my ancestral property inherited from my father Late Potluri Satyanarayana.

The land is Acr. 11-26 Gts. in Ameenpur, Sangareddy District.
I am an NRI with Australian Citizenship living permanently in the USA and was away during the above period. I even went through an Open Heart Surgery in 2016, and could not come to India until April 2019.

This land was divided into plots illegally in a village layout consisting of over 220 plots by miscreants. They used two bogus and invalid GPAs as link documents with altered, interlineated, and erased words to illegally transfer agricultural land. The SROs should not have accepted such bogus documents. These actions were carried out by unscrupulous individuals for self-enrichments illegally. Upon coming to know about the fraud, I cancelled the said GPAs

Despite notifying the District Registrar and SROs and filing a criminal complaint in 2019 against the alleged miscreants, I have received no assistance, not even from the then SP of Sangareddy, and even higher ups. I filed a Private Complaint U/s 200. The Judge in Sangareddy who adjudicated the case ignored several of the prayers in the Complaint and dismissed the same callously. I was dismayed at the court's decision that favored the Defendants preventing any investigation. I filed an appeal for revision of the lower court order in the High Court of Telangana. #CriminalComplaint#Corruption

Upon reliable information, ACB conducted searches at the Joint Sub-Registrar Office-Patancheruvu in Kashipur village of Kandi Mandal, Sangareddy district.

#ACB officials seized ₹1,00,000 which was thrown out of a window by unknown persons, and 64 suspicious documents.Document writers fled and closed their shops. Verification of records and staff examinations revealed that officials were demanding hefty bribes for document registrations. Further probe is ongoing.

On the intervening night of 22/23-08-2024, V&E teams along with Mines, Transport & State Tax department officials, conducted route checks on the outskirts of Hasanparthy in Hanumakonda District & at the ORR in Ghatkesar area of Medchal-Malkajgiri District.

Several vehicles were intercepted, 42 cases were booked for violations such as overloading, lacking transit forms, licenses etc., The vehicles were seized, and a total fine of Rs.10,54,833 was levied.
