If you remove the allure of Naz’s personality, you’ll see the Wolves are better off with LaMelo, if he stays healthy. LaMelo averages 7+ more pt’s/game, 7+ assists/game and 5+ rebounds/game, while being able to create offensive at a level Naz simply cannot. LaMelo fills our biggest need - a true playmaking PG who makes life easier for Ant, Gobert, and everyone else. LaMelo is one of the best PnR guards in the league, raising Rudy’s offensive impact and will help ease the pain of doubling on Ant, while opening up 3’s for Ayo, Donte and others.
@zeds4pf@allthingsmn Again, he’s great and the best player in Wolves history. But this is an area in his game that can improve to help him take this team to the finals.
ANT seems to play to the level of his competition, which is a bad trait the Wolves have had for years. I saw a stat that the Wolves have the 2nd worst record among .600+ teams when playing against .400 and worse teams. Those loses would put us in 3rd or better in our conference with ease.
@JustStarkey@allthingsmn A 1B is different than a #2. The difference is his comparisons to MJ by the media. If you are going to be in that category, you have to have all of the intangibles.
This is coming from a massive wolves fan.
Magnesium depletion shows up as fragmented sleep and 3 AM wake ups long before it ever appears on a standard lab panel.
The serum level looks normal because the body protects it at the expense of your cells.
What does your dinner usually look like on a typical night?
Sleep quality is not a mindset issue. It is a substrate issue.
Your body cannot manufacture melatonin tonight if you did not give it the raw materials to work with at dinner. Most people are running the recovery process on empty and wondering why they wake up exhausted.
This recipe was built specifically around what your nervous system needs in the evening. High quality protein, magnesium from two sources, and a preparation method that keeps every nutrient intact.
Full recipe is up now. Save it for tonight.

If you answered B or D, the screen is still the starting point.
A wired brain at midnight and a 3 AM wake up are both downstream of the same cortisol shift that happened hours earlier.
What time do you actually put your phone down?
Most sleep problems are not sleep problems at all.
They are nervous system problems that show up at night because your body finally stopped moving long enough to feel them.

Your phone does not just delay sleep. It phase shifts your cortisol rhythm and blunts morning energy before your alarm goes off. This is a metabolic problem wearing a sleep mask. Three fixes in the thread.

This offensive scheme of a high ball screen for ANT isn’t smart against OKC. Their defense is too strong and it brings an automatic double team to ANT. Maybe that’s partially why we have 17 TO’s vs OKC’s 4 after 3. #firefinch
