@TheGhostofhogan No plastic tees and always carry an excessive amount of real ball markers, not coins. Hate watching people fumble around for markers, then marking the ball wrong, too.
@JacobAShell A non-profit owns it and is currently working on restoration. Across the street, Landmark properties bought and restored another Gilded Age gem, Elstowe Manor (an Elkins family property), turning it into a boutique hotel/banquet facility. Much better shape than Lynnewood, though.
@Milajoy Now let's do winter sports: remember the dented silver saucer sleds with broken hand straps, building the iciest runs you could skid down, ending with a built up glacier to stop you, sure to split your lip? Or skating on real pond, learning to jump the roots? Good times! โธ๏ธ
