Managed Hotel Quarantine is sorry to say but mismanaged quarantine hotel. The entire disappointment starts after immigration. Shocking it took 6 hours 44 minutes to reach to "pre booked" hotel from LHR. Not just that, there is no social distancing at LHR, half the staff is
