NMC — 19 May 2022
NMC's circular on non-payment of stipend specifically discusses Indian and Foreign Medical Graduates.
It states that:
“The stipend & other facilities to FMGs should be extended equivalent to India Medical Graduates…”
That's not our interpretation. That's NMC's own wording.
