Perhaps, is she really likely to kill again though? So at that point, you’re saying it’s not a just deterrent punishment for someone who’s already been though hell and back the past five plus years? You realize statistically that the time she would spend in the psych hospital before release is likely to be longer than in prison?

@Lisaelizabeth Meaning this was a near-impossible ask under the Massachusetts standard to get a 1st-degree murder charge. And the awful presentation and lack of showmanship needed only made it even less likely this happens. 40% polymarket odds of 1st-degree murder this morning seems insane.

@seanhannity This doesn’t preclude she was acting because of paranoid delusional thought + command auditory hallucination related to psychosis, and will be found NGI. Paranoid delusions can be methodical and organized within that schema, such that she didn’t fully appreciate what she did.
