@DoT_India @VodafoneIN even after multiple email, tweets, DM; Vodafone not refunded the security deposit of five postpaid numbers which were migrated to prepaid in August 2018. I have complained to @DoT_India many times, but no effect. Where should I complain now ? @rsprasad

@BSNL_JKD @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_HZB Application for disconnecting 06546-223865 LL and Broadband submitted at Bsnl office Hazaribag on 26-3-2019. Bill paid upto 31 march 2019. Still I got bill for the month of April 2019. Reason ? Kindly rectify the error refund security deposit.

@havellsindia Bought fan on 2 march 2019. Problem began from that day only. On 12 march service technician visited for the 4th time. Still the problem is persisting. More than 1 months has passed. Service I'd 120419967450. Will the problem be rectified before the end of summer ?

@havellsindia what is status of my complain ref no. 240319710887. Fan bought on 2 march, giving problem from the day of purchase. I was told some parts would be changed. Still no resolution as this is a free service ?? Again registered a complain today.

@VodafoneIN migrated 5 postpaid connection to prepaid in August 2018. Each connection has RS 500 as security deposit. Even after 4 months the security deposit is not refunded despite multiple emails to customer care and nodal officer and multiple tweet. @DoT_India

@Airtel_Presence I am unable to add my dth account on my airtel app. After entering the customer ID and submitting the OTP, Everytime it displays "unexpected error occurred, technical team has been automatically informed. Invalid OTP".
