@DrDiGiorgio we shouldn't ever be put off by these questions. i'm glad when patients care enough to read, learn, and take an active role in getting better.
very considerate of you. most patients are put off when they can't get questions answered but usually it's because there was poor communication from the doctors office or they are so inundated they can't keep up with all the calls / messages / etc. and, some ?'s are things literally written down for the person. ๐คท๐ฝโโ๏ธ
@DrDiGiorgio that being said - and we should be available - but unrestricted access all the time isn't sustainable. at any rate of pay it becomes too much at some point.
@DrDiGiorgio and how do we educate and train our teams so that they can handle many of the things patients need? we can actively reduce the workload by getting people what they need from the beginning.
@mcuban "free" med school sounds like a path to having the government control where and how you work, though. how about address the situation by which the schools continually raise the tuition to and beyond the limit a student can borrow?
