@TheLIRRToday The OTP stats are already flawed because the LIRR still counts a train as on time if it arrives up to 5 min and 59 sec late. On a 1hr trip that means a train can be almost 10% late and still not be considered late, if they lowered this to 2min almost every train would be late….
