What do you think, would you rely on AI to go through a chart and obtain information for you as a urologic oncologist?
Id take the summary and would need to verify it with my own eyes

The stapler addition to single port surgery will make it a much more versatile robot and should increase adoption and use.

I agree that we find more cancer and much less infections are caused with the TPB- I satrted performing these in 2021 and havent done a transrectal biopsy since.
What can I add to my water: https://t.co/xtNg5ClZ5j
Anyone have other thoughts?
Drinking water is the key to preventing kidney stones. I fortuitously found cinnamon water today by adding water to some cinnamon powder that was leftover from another drink. The cinnamon powder was a quick and easy tasty solution to make water intake more desirable.

I plan on using it routinely for partial nephrectomies and will consider it for robotic simple and radical prostatectomy. Does anyone have experience with this medication for robotic surgery? @DrRonneyAbaza excellent talk as always- one of my idols along with @RoboticsUrology
Great conference run by Drs Chaikin and Prasad from Morristown Urology @AtlanticHealth. I learned who to go see if I have stones in Boston @BEkidneystone and learned about tranexamic acid. Hopefully chatGPT is accurate. https://t.co/TGIcMkdsy0
For me I would counsel as all said, but I would go with transperineal biopsy if it was me. I like the 4k score. If it's low then I think it is reliable. If it's high not as much. If psa is high and mri is negative id offer a tpb vs more testing vs psa in a few months. How soon would you all order a repeat prostate mri
SP robotic surgery is a compelling stride in the #MIS realm which will become the standard. It's a natural evolution, aligning with patient preferences for fewer incisions while enabling more focused, less traumatic surgery via small window access. It's a distinct type of surgery requiring different techniques and approaches to accommodate the change in instrumentation. A fresh perspective in our surgical toolkit that continues to evolve urologic surgery. #RoboticSurgery #SinglePortSurgery"
Looking forward to our session this morning discussing single port robotic applications with uber innovators @drjkaouk and Dr. Maurice Garcia at #SIU2023Istanbul. What do you think? Is SP a multiport robot replacement or just another new tool for the growing MIS surgical toolbox?

Nice article from @WmHaseltine with some updates on robotic surgery and the beginning of autonomous surgery. My project will be telesurgery- operating across the world. Which will come first?
I’ve read 200 books on business.
I would’ve saved myself years of time if I just understood these principles instead:
Lateral Thinking
If you think like everyone else does, you'll never outperform.
Optimize your life for alternative perspectives:
• Try new hobbies
• Have people tear down your ideas
• Go to talks away outside your domain
And you'll think from scratch like a child again.
The 3 Ts
Time, tenacity, and timing:
3 factors that determine 99% of your success.
Stick with something long enough, keep iterating based on data and failure is near impossible.
People always overcomplicate success.
It's because they can't accept that it could be that simple.
Love the Problem
If you don't have a 'why' that ignites you, it becomes impossible to get out of bed when things get tough.
Have you, or a loved one, deeply confronted the problem you're solving?
If not, starting a business reduces to a glorified job.
Love the Customer
You know nothing.
Your customer knows everything.
Assume they're 10x smarter than you - and aim to please them at every turn.
Because ultimately, it's your customer who decides whether you retire rich or poor.
Make Something People Want
Don't build a business unless you, or someone you're close to, has directly faced the problem you're solving.
Building without validating demand is like sailing without a compass.
You might move, but you're likely lost.
Diversify your Learning
Ever noticed how the most successful have weird interests?
• Warren Buffet: Playing the ukulele
• Sam Altman: Bronze Age weaponry
• Mark Zuckerberg: Hunting and killing his own food
Innovation stems from perspectives the conventional can't generate.
Be Able to Get into Deep Work
My deep work stack:
• DND
• Brain. fm
• Noise-cancelling headphones
Work like a lion for 4 hours instead of grazing like a cow for 12.
Be Antifragile
Entrepreneurship's not easy on the psyche - your emotions get taken for a multi-year rollercoaster.
My antifragile toolkit:
• Journalling
• Meditation
• Gratitude
Cultivate stoicism: it's armor for the battles in your mind.
Be a Contrarian
Everyone who's achieved outsized results has to, by definition, have defied convention at some point.
They're called crazy - until they're right.
So always question what you're told.
Swimming against the tide might find you treasures in the depths.
Echo Chambers Limit Growth
Surrounded by people who always agree with you?
You're in a comfort zone.
And no growth ever happens in a comfort zone.
Embrace disagreement - you never truly understand something until you can hold two precisely opposite points of view on it.
Travel
The more you travel, the more you realize how small you are.
And how many different opinions, ways of life and problems exist in the world.
That's the first step to shedding your ego.
Travel isn't about seeing new places - it's about seeing new things within yourself.
