You recently announced that all Bonded Doctors in Uttar Pradesh will receive equal pay, giving hope to doctors serving the state under the same bond.

DGHS has already issued the order for CHC/PHC Bonded Doctors. However, Bonded Doctors working under DGME in 6 Govt. Medical Colleges :
(BRD GKP, GSVM KNP, SNMC Agra,MLB Jhansi, LLRM meerut, MLN prayagraj )
on ₹63,000 Fixed Pay are still awaiting the promised pay parity.

Sir, we humbly request your kind intervention to ensure that your commitment to equal pay for all Bonded Doctors is implemented uniformly, without any disparity between DGHS and DGME.

Same Bond. Same Work. Same Responsibility. SAME PAY.

🚨 SAME DEGREE. SAME DUTY. SAME GOVERNMENT. THEN WHY DIFFERENT PAY?

In 6 Govt Medical Colleges of Uttar Pradesh — GSVM Kanpur, MLN Prayagraj, LLRM Meerut, MLBMC Jhansi, BRD Gorakhpur & SNMC Agra — MBBS doctors working as Clinical Junior Residents under compulsory bond are reportedly being paid only ~₹63,000/month.

❌ No HRA
❌ No DA
❌ No proper hostel/accommodation
❌ No mess facilities

Meanwhile, doctors doing comparable JR/clinical duties in other UP Govt Medical Colleges reportedly receive up to ~₹1,00,000/month + accommodation facilities.

That is a difference of nearly ₹37,000 EVERY MONTH for doctors with the same MBBS qualification, working under the same state government.

Why are fixed-pay Non-PG JRs being treated like second-class doctors?

Equal work deserves equal and transparent pay. Fix this disparity.
