Their representative called to tell me that even within the warranty period of 2 yrs, only service visits are free, and any part changed/replaced is charged. That is, warranty means only free service. What about 'No charge on spares'? Can I get relief from the cosumer court ?

@IFBAppliances @IFBCares don't buy IFB wshng machines. Thy stop wrkng within one yr nd thr serviceman starts waiting for some parts for months. Thr app useless, email only assures nd whtsapp beats around the bush. I know as do 1 more frnd of mine.

@EurekaForbes My Aquaguard Aura 2x life stopped within 6 weeks . Lodged Complaint (No. CM130924-33486559) But No repair, no updates for last 3 weeks. I am very upset but at the same time, also helpless because you are absolutely immune. Pay my money back.

@IHMCL1 with one vehicle one fastag policy, the PayTm fastag should be auto deactivated if somebody installs a new fastag of other bank. It is very difficult to deactivate PayTm fastag, and equally difficult to approach a human customer care on PayTm for resolution.

@Manekagandhibjp Please advise municipal commissioner Alwar (Raj) to start ABC instead of capture and relocate dogs in Alwar(Raj). They don't listen to us, and apparantly simple ( but ineffective) solutions seem to be popular too. It has become a perpetual problem in Alwar.

@tarun_sharma62 tarunji, the newly introduced hindi crossword in D B (Raj) is not as good as the previous series. The words chosen are sometimes synthetic and nonsensical and the clues are misleading in terms of word count and placement. Please bring back the previous composer

@SingerIndialtd Got SOFR11F on 6th Nov2020.Stopped working within 6weeks of purchse. Repaired by service centre in two attempts. Again stopped working within three weeks of repair. Third working day since complaint, no action. 70days old product, needs third repair. World Class ?

@SingerIndia highly disappointed with Singer oil filled room heater. It stopped working within a month of purchase. Service people are very slow. Today is the second day after complaint, and they won't come today due to holiday. Failed us when it was most needed.
