10 year old male, came to us 5 months postop, operated elsewhere for a SCH#, developed wrist drop and median nerve compression neuropathy. Due to MN involvement, distal tendon and nerve transfers are out of the question. See what we did instead. Will update the follow up.

Another one 👌 learning points 1. I will always remove some of the trapezium to get a better screw trajectory 2. I will always arrange a better drill for these cases, or invest in getting one for myself. Hand cases are unnecessarily difficult with the general orthopaedic drills.
