That I could even consider replacing the phone. I didn't expect such an issue under 2 yrs of using this so carefully. Thoughts ?

If at all they discover any other issue, I have to bear the charges or reject the repair. My phone is almost 2 yrs old and I am in a fix whether to send it for repair or not because they don't do partial repair like only replacing the battery! Reviews say that the costs are huge

@ITCHotels I cancelled my reservation well in advance, and I am expecting a refund. But while I was confirming booking, every step there was a mail and even paid to confirm the reservation. Due to Covid, I had to cancel and I did so well in advance.

@ITCHotels I expected a response to my mail atleast. Nothing. Mails were prompt until I made my reservation, but none after I cancelled. It's been 10 business days already. How much longer ? You don't have a Direct message option too
