D42 just a brisk walk. After 2 crazy days of clinic looking forward to a more sedate day of surgery.

D38 Woke up late because of a late night. Again felt lazy but pushed myself to do this good and perhaps my best run so far. 5 km in 41 min.

D37 5 km in 44 min. Slow but happy wit h the run after a long operating day yesterday. Did 6 cases from 7 am to 7 pm. 1 HIFU, 3 TLHBSO, 1 lap myomectomy and 1 lap fimbrioplasty.

This couple are physician doctors from the Philippines. She is my first Filipino patient to undergo HIFU for multiple fibroids. HIFU was done yesterday. She is discharged today and will fly back tomorrow. Thanks for coming all the way to Melaka to undergo HIFU.

D29 just brisk walk today. Another long operating day

D28 4 km in 34 mins. Completed 4 weeks of daily non stop running. Difficult run today after 13 hrs of operating yesterday. Started slowly and finished well. Now to look forward to the next 28 days.

D25 brisk/ jog 3.35 km in 30 mins. Rejuvenated after 2 days break. Now for another long day at work.
