📍Holter (24–48h): For frequent symptoms (e.g. daily palpitations), QTc analysis, AF rate control.

📍Wearable monitor (e.g. Zio, 14d): For intermittent symptoms (e.g. weekly), paroxysmal AF, ectopy.

📍ILR (up to 3 yrs): For rare but high-risk events (e.g. syncope, cryptogenic stroke).
