Even we had one case. Elderly male with recurrence of tumor in the larynx . Previously called as myofibroblastic sarcoma in abscence of negative cytokeratin. Very important to remember , spindle cell tumor of larynx are sarcamatoid carcinoma unless proved otherwise https://t.co/npFnjWwhbG
