Breast exam is done to assess anatomy, masses, and to counsel regarding breastfeeding.
Postpartum examination similarly includes breast assessment for lactation-related issues and mastitis.

This work is shaped by everyday clinical realities at @aiims_newdelhi and similar settings, where treatment decisions are often defined as much by affordability and access as by evidence. We tried to bring together trial data, real-world experience, and system constraints to propose a more pragmatic, value-based approach to myeloma care in resource-limited settings.
