I have been an exec club member for 22 years.
The drop in customer service is appalling.
If you call the exec club for any assistance, it just drops the line and says to call back later.
Have done this dozens of times as well as DM to@support.
No response. UGH!

The portion of the water either side of Sandport bridge is loaded with branches, logs etc. stuck in various places, and in main tourist area. This needs to be on the clean up rota.
