Rainfall should be plentiful with developing closed low into the northeast. Midweek (tue-thu) is the sweet spot for this event. Should continue to chip away nicely at leftover drought from NJ northward. Sadly it is with a FLASH FLOODING risk. Expect flood watches at some point here.
