I’d lost interest watching England under Southgate, should have gone after the Euro Final against Italy, just for those tactics after going one nil up. But at the time he was the poster boy for the woke ideology of rainbow laces and kneeling for BLM. Football became second to virtue signalling. We love a loser in this country, we actually celebrated him.
