A very friendly event. Spoke with multiple new global representatives!

I recently spoke with the San Marino Deputy Secretary. They said that one of their last government’s actions will be to AYE our admission to the United Nations!

The Prime Minister met with the Bruneian pengiran.
It was the most friendly and supportive bilateral meeting to date. Both nations agreed on closer relations, further cooperation and more meetings in the near future!
Brunei has also supported our UN admission!

They discussed future multilateral cooperation, activity and development of both nations.

The Prime Minister met with the Polish Prime Minister.
They discussed topics such as the development, cooperation, the current political situation in both countries, and of course Iceland’s application for United Nations membership, which Poland is open to negotiate.

The Prime Minister had a meeting with the french Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs.
Both sides agreed on further cooperation; opened possibility of joint defence (coast guard) training and much more. France has also supported Iceland’s admission to the United Nations!

The President and Prime Minister of Iceland met with the Slovenian Prime Minister. Besides agreeing on further cooperation, they also discussed both nations’ infrastructure and activities, as well as Iceland’s admission to the UN, which Slovenia will support!

The Prime Minister met with South Korea’s Minister for Foreign Affairs. They discussed bilateral relations, domestic affairs, elections and infrastructure in both countries. And of course Iceland’s UN membership bid, for which both nations will stay in close contact!

They discussed the international scene, home affairs and the development of both nations.

| 📜 Constitution Ratified

The Governmental Constitution committee has proposed a draft of the Constitution of Iceland couple days ago.
Yesterday, it was hereby ratified and signed by the President of Iceland.
The real work begins now!
