Hi, we attempted to arrange a pickup for your product, but your area’s PIN code is currently non-serviceable. As an alternative, we offered courier reimbursement for sending the product to us; however, this option was declined.
As per our Terms & Conditions, customers are required to send the product to the service center for service-related issues.
