@HDFCLIFE sitting in hdfc self servicing desk from last half an hour and still jn queue. You take 5 mins to sell a policy but when it comes to surrender there is no serice at all. Very disappointed by your service.
Hey @flyspicejet, Seriously? It's gotta take some doing to be the worst airline in India, and you've managed it! Our flight from Kangra was canceled, and no one even bothered to tell us. Then we had to wait in line just to hear there were no other flights. Worst service 👏👏
