Well I have given @viagogo all the information they have asked for AGAIN for the 3rd time and still no resolution to the £182 for non existing tickets and the loss of a hotel room!

@jimmycarr so gutted that I missed your show last night thanks to @viagogo ! You should warn fans to NEVER use this rip off site! I bought tickets in February for £182 paid for a hotel all for a special birthday but the tickets never materialised and viagogo have done nothing !

@viagogo I can’t log into my account as I need access code to see tickets. Can’t generate an access code and don’t have confirmation email although I do have credit card receipt. This is for jimmy carr on Saturday. Can someone please respond asap as have hotel booked too.
