@FrankWNorris I am in no way supporting inspection in SATS week but in reality it makes very little difference. It just means they stay out of Y6. TBH under the new framework with its focus on ‘foundational knowledge’, they don’t go to Y6 much anyway.

@DeputyGrocott @pdcornish76 Completely agree but not pushy parents. Taking an interest in learning, reading to and listening to a child read are both important too. The triangular relationship between a child, an adult and the world can’t be overstated.
