Nursery welcomed very special visitors into class today.
#drumblebee visited with her bee hive, dressing up, masks and activities. Gemma explained to the children how to look after bees in our environment.
She brought in some of her honey for us to sample.

Defra are following up several other leads on Asian Hornet sightings and are appealing for #beekeepers and the public to check local forage sites such as ivy when weather allows. Hornets can fly later in year than other pollinators. Report all sightings: [email protected]
