@basscaddie @bbharriersac At least I didn’t have to have an ice bath after!! 😅 (although I’m not going to ask my coach, incase he says that I should have!) 🥶

[percussionrunningErin @drumsandtrack]

Track’s closed and missing our group training so loved seeing my coach and my running group on Zoom last night, right up until our coach set us a 5-6 mile run this morning! 😬😀 @bbharriersac

Always nice to have a laugh when you’re training hard! @bbharriersac #trainhardorgohome

@IanHodge7 @dinaashersmith Was there today and got to see @dinaashersmith and @DesireeLHenry run! They were both amazing and so lovely to everyone there! I am lucky enough to see Dina train and she never fails to smile and say hello - couldn’t ask for a nicer World Champion to be part of your club 🥳

[percussionrunningErin @drumsandtrack]

Thank you @NYO_GB . I loved playing this today and it was nice to finally be able to join my family to play again

[percussionrunningErin @drumsandtrack]

I was ill when you did Ode To Joy and missed out on the performance after practising, so I am really happy that you are doing this again . I have my part and can’t wait for the 29th! Thank you @NYO_GB #NYOMusicalPlanet
