Hey F. P., a question from a non-ball player here; the other day on the broadcast you said Luis arise, got hit with a “two handed swing”, I’d love it if you’d explain what you meant by that and what the difference is.
Really enjoy listening to you and @susanslusser with all the “inside baseball“ that you provide.
One more thought on this.
When Crawford what’s struggling late in his career, fans were brutal as well. Then when he was gone, we all realized how stellar his defense actually was.
Yes, we have Casey Schmitt, but having someone as surprising Casey being willing to move all over to play is a bonus. Chappy is an elite defender having a rough go, the moment will pass. He will take again.
I’m a believer.
@Joeinblack@Inspired7525441 If the poster doesn’t have thier name and or/face in their profile, it isn’t worth engaging. They are using the safety of anonymity to post rage bait for clicks.
This time I’m not gonna read your article Susan, I see enough of the terrible things people say on X. I’m a musician, never played baseball, but it is the people that play the game that made love baseball and my Grandad’s beloved Giants. One thing those types of “fans” don’t remember is these men are some of the most elite physical and MENTAL performers in all of sport, which just goes to show how incredibly difficult the game is.
Every other sport has days and days between games: time to decompress and move on before you go back between the lines. Baseball is so much more a reflection of life than any other sport, no days off.
Chappy, there’s a majority of fans that hope for the best and know you’re gonna show out the way you want to soon!
Also, pro sports need to disassociate from gambling, for the safety and well being of very people that are playing the game.
