No lawyer pleads guilty if they know the evidence against them is thin. They plead guilty because it’s better than the alternative.

@DeltaDawn0317 @MRoyark13492 @TrumpDailyPosts Well, SCOTUS voided a lot of laws prohibiting restrictions on guns. Heller (2008) was lauded as a huge win for pro-2A folks and resulted in the overturning of a conviction for Bryan Range in June 2023 for lying on his gun application.
