@aurora_maria0 Absolutely. I’ve been using this approach for over four years. I’ve treated stones from 5 cm down to 1.5 cm. Staghorns to popcorns and everything in between.
I just completed two cases today before 12 noon using a completely new team who had never done the set up before.🤓

@heypletz @RetroPerc The answer to this question is simple. 1. Detailed pre op CT analysis. 2. Proper patient positioning. 3. Intrarenal scope orientation verified by flouroscopy.
If these three simple steps are followed the risk of organ injury is less than 0.5% based on my own 200 case series.
