@HMRCcustomers HI, I cant get thro phone, but Ive completed self assessments for the past 20 years with my UTR number and today I got a letter to state im due x amount for late payment 2021, but i've submitted it and paid my tax, the letter i have says i am using an old UTR no.

@HMRCcustomers HI, I have always had same utr number and pay everything and submit everything and all of a sudden I am getting letters now with other utr number and states i'm due xxxx monies. I only know one way to login and do my self assessments which is the same way I have past 20 year

@HMRCcustomers the letter states - please ensure you are using your new tur number as stated on this letter and not your previous utr number. I have never been issued a new utr number and all my tax returns is done on the one they say is closed but none of my circumstances changed
