Rut explains the one variable that governs every aspect of your performance.
"Each human being has a unique way of experiencing, measuring, and rationalizing pain."
"You can see pain twist performance instantaneously when you know what to look for." @teamfroglogic
Michael Thompson explains how a modern helicopter has more ways to kill you than most people realize, and why @jobyaviation is finding a solution:
"On a regular helicopter, there's 42 points of safety where one thing goes wrong and you have catastrophic failure."
"We can take out two of the props and two of the power stations... and the aircraft still flies โ both in hover and in forward flight."
"You could knock out all of the power and have a glide ratio of 10 to 1, and land the vehicle like a disabled aircraft." @teamfroglogic
Most people hear "AI is taking the jobs" and panic. Michael Thompson sees the opposite.
Yes, the wave hits white-collar and middle-management work first. But he says the real action is moving back to the physical world โ energy, aircraft, manufacturing โ and that's where the opportunity is.
"This is an incredible time to be a teenager in your 20s... you're going to be building really amazing technologies that massively benefit the physical world." @teamfroglogic
NEW EPISODE: Venture investor Michael Thompson joins David Rutherford to break down the technologies that decide the next decade:
Electric flying aircraft, autonomous trucking, and the AI build-out underneath it all. He explains "the AI trap" โ the white-collar jobs going first โ and why this same race decides whether America stays ahead of China.

This is excellent and highly worth the three minutes.
The mental โconditioningโ aspect is by far the most underdeveloped component to CREATING real EXCELLENCE in anybodyโs life.
Thereโs plenty of good content out there.. cool drills, workout programs, private coaches, but I donโt see nearly enough of what truly teaches how to CONDITION your mind to stay in the right state when it matters most. That piece is critical.
Not to mention the enormous role of family and friends. The PRESSURE we put on our young people to perform is UNIMAGINABLE. Yet, we donโt give our kids, or our athletes, the actual skills and tools they need to deal with that pressure!!
QUIET TIME. Being alone with your own thoughts. That space is everything if you want to CREATE instead of CONSUME.
Quality stuffโฆ.
Mental health and mental toughness at the elite level (and in life) isnโt about โjust sucking it upโ.
Itโs about building the mind the same way we build the body.
Glory to God. Built, not born. ๐ช
Rut on why "back in my day we just sucked it up" is dead wrong for elite athletes. The pressure is real, it's year-round, and there's no time off anymore. Mental health at an elite level is critical. @teamfroglogic
I am truly honored to be featured in @nyweekly
Thank you @DillonKivo
The article perfectly outlines my lifeโs work. Your summary of Froglogic Concepts, my motivational training and performance curriculum is really well done. I also appreciate the way you encapsulated my journey from the SEAL Teams to coaching thousands every year. Iโm grateful. Godspeed

Navy SEAL Jimmy Graham color-coded his year. Blue for reserves. Red for work. Black for deployments. Green for family.
His wife walked in and said, "We're not green, are we?"
There was barely any green.
"Green pen first, man." @teamfroglogic@jefe_graham
"Would you die for your country? On second thought โ cross out die. Write live. You can accidentally die. You can't accidentally live." @teamfroglogic@jefe_graham
"How many dead buddies have you toasted into Valhalla? Quick question โ do you believe in Valhalla? No. Nobody does. So I'm gonna honor Lance with a lie?"
Navy SEAL Jimmy Graham on the courage it takes to tell the truth.
Navy SEAL Jimmy Graham was drinking too much, getting bitter, and didn't like who he was becoming.
Then he walked into a church and saw other team guys in the pews. @teamfroglogic
