It's another exciting time at the #UNSWwomenchamps as we learn about "Getting the most out of Social Media" with Twitter being the focus of today's workshop.
@UNSWScience

@CCguerilla But in all seriousness, we should chat! I have been doing some cool work in this space with @psycarlogy who is an expert in safe systems of work. We developed a Psychosocial Hazard Work Re-Design Tool for use in industry.

Happy 50th anniversary to the greatest show ever made -- hilarious one minute, sombre the next. A show that highlighted the horrors or war and the importance of comradery through clever dialogue and actors with great range, without ever reducing the importance of the content.
Mike Farrell and I today toasting the 50th anniversary of the show that changed our lives - and our brilliant pals who made it what it was. MASH was a great gift to us.
@academic_exit The chocolate strip of the Neapolitan icecream tub. It receives divided opinion but somehow still manages to be included in the row of other more unanimously accepted icecream flavours.
@9NewsSyd@vella_lara No mention of why they're striking? Perhaps we take the blame off the workers and put it on the employers for creating contitions in which transport workers feel the need to strike.
Irresponsible reporting by @imjesswang_. The average is high ($92k/pa) due to a selection of very high earners dragging it up and ignoring those who have debt and can't pay rent. The reported MEDIAN by ABS is less than $42k.
@Charlesknight Support resources. Many students I have taught have indicated that, although they don't always actively engage with resources (e.g. BB Collaborate sessions), they either listen to them later or (from a MH perspective), feel comfort knowing the support is available if needed.
@CCguerilla I think that we should be informing students of the facts and implications, sure. But I think sometimes academics use too much of the "stick" mentally rather than actually educating these students in understanding what misconduct means. We need to redesign 1st year better...
