I ordered an Apple Watch Ultra during the Diwali sale through Flipkart with open-box delivery. Since I wasn’t home, I asked

to Flipkart via email, I’ve received no further response. Customer support has even placed my calls on hold indefinitely. The invoice serial number I checked showed the product was in use since July 2024, even though I ordered it in September.

claiming the serial number was missing. Flipkart then instructed me to get a job sheet from an Apple service center to verify it. I went to the center, where they confirmed the product was non-genuine and issued a job sheet stating the same.

Since submitting the job sheet to

scratched and wouldn’t start – it was clearly a fake Apple Watch Ultra. I immediately contacted Flipkart and was advised to send images of the product, which I did.

After some back-and-forth, Flipkart accepted my return. However, when the agent came to pick it up, he refused,
