@DJISupport Dear DJI, very disappointed after buying Osmo Action 4 a month ago for a once in a lifetime trip and it stopped recognising my microSD card and corrupted it. Now won't recognise any cards including a brand new DJI recommended one! Never had this issue with other cams

@DJISupport I tried two Samsung cards (both work in my GoPro and Pocket 2) and then specifically bought one of your recommended Kingston cards which arrived yesterday. This works in Pocket 2 but not Action 4 as in the photo. Can someone contact me directly to help return or fix this please?
