Worst customer service ever @AmazonHelp . If you can’t keep the promise, you shouldn’t be giving it in the first place. Yesterday your customer care department told me they will solve my issue in 24 hrs still Waiting for reply. Is this how u treat ur customer @amazon.
@AmazonHelp I got an invite from the amazon to buy PS5, was waiting for 3 month.I placed an order but put the wrong shipping address then contacted customer care service and they told me to cancel it and place the new one. I couldn’t do it. Contacted customer care to send me another invite.
