I'm deeply persuaded that the secret to a confident heart and a peaceful night of sleep isn't a secret at all. Rather, it's plain-and-simple theology. By that, I mean trusting foundational principles that God lays out in his Word. Here are five:

1. Accept The Chaos
We have a miniscule amount of control in a gargantuan universe. Each day will provide fresh trouble (Matthew 6:34). The more we try to manipulate the situations, locations, and relationships of life, the more we'll become exhausted and discouraged. Live responsibly and be wise, but recognize that you were not designed to govern this world.

2. Know The Facts
Even though I just told you to accept the chaos, the Bible actually declares that everything in the universe is managed with complete and specific authority (Acts 17:26). Nothing is chaotic in God's eyes; he is never confused or taken off-guard. When we tell ourselves otherwise, it makes sense that we'll be stressed and anxious.

3. Trust The Father
God is more than just a ruling deity, exercising his sovereign power of people and places. The Bible tells us that he is also good and will give his children everything we need and more (see Matthew 6:26-32 and 7:9-11). Your life is secure is the hands of a powerful and loving Father.

4. Pursue Spiritual Disciplines
In the midst of trials, it's very tempting to abandon the spiritual disciplines of your faith and try to make it on your own. Pray, fast, meditate on and memorize Scripture, and keep attending worship services and small groups. Immerse yourself in God, his Spirit, his Word, and his body of believers.

5. Know Your Limits
Too many Christians fret trying to decipher God's secret will for their lives. It's a secret, after all! Instead, we should rest within the clear limits of what God has made known to us. Let God be God, and let him establish our steps (Proverbs 16:9).

You and I can sleep because God is wise, loving, and powerful. He is in moment-by-moment control of every detail of our lives.

In 2022 she decided the Garrick Club was incompatible with the 21st century because it wouldn't let women in. Panelled walls, men-only membership, the patriarchy in a smoking jacket. She was livid.

This week she filmed herself grinning in front of young women at the Prophet's Birthday march in Walthamstow. "Everyone is welcome," she gushed. "Come next year!"

Everyone except the women in her own video. The main march was men only. The girls she was hailing as future surgeons and lawyers had been sent off to their own holding pen.

This is the same Stella who told us some women were born with penises. So a man who says he's a woman is welcome in the ladies' loos, but a woman in a hijab can't walk with the men down a London street. And Stella calls that fantastic.

Why the sudden shyness? Do the maths. A quarter of Walthamstow is Muslim. That's over 20,000 voters. Her majority is 17,000.

Her war on the patriarchy is fought without fear or favour, right up until it might cost her the seat.

She's not alone. Jess Phillips built an entire career on protecting women, then knocked back calls for a national grooming gangs inquiry when her own seat got nervous.

And Andy Burnham promised every policy would pass the "Makerfield test". Nobody in Wigan asked for West Bank sanctions. A handful of Labour MPs panicking about the Greens and the Islamist splinter parties did, so that's what we got.

If a working men's club in Durham put its female members on a separate pavement, Stella would have it on the news by teatime.

🚨Important Announcement: Puberty Blockers Judicial Review🚨

Following months of radio silence, I’m saddened to report that the government has announced that it is pushing forward with the puberty blockers trial, regardless of the significant ethical concerns raised that led to the temporary pause.

Most troubling of all is that they are now refusing to halt recruitment of children until the end of the Judicial Review that we are bringing.

As such, we have no choice but to seek an emergency injunction to block a single child being recruited and given this poison. There will be a hearing at the end of July to determine this.

Please rest assured that I and the entire team will be pursuing this Judicial Review all the way.

The UK rape gang inquiry report just dropped and it should make your blood boil:

1. At least 250,000 young White girls were groomed, raped, trafficked, and tortured.

2. Perpetrators followed consistent tactics of befriending vulnerable girls as young as 11 with gifts, drugs, and alcohol before subjecting them to group rapes, violence, blackmail, pregnancies, forced conversions, and trafficking.

3. UK institutions—including police, social services, schools, NHS, and politicians—catastrophically failed victims through denial, ignored reports, criminalization of victims, destruction of evidence, and prioritization of political correctness and fears of “racism” accusations over child protection.

4. 87–95% of convicted perpetrators in group-based child sexual exploitation cases were Muslim. It was predominantly Muslim Pakistani gangs. They operated across 149 local authority districts. Groups from Somali,
Iranian, Syrian, Turkish, and other Muslim origins were also involved.

5. The Muslim perpetrators operated under an honour- and
shame-based clan code that treated non-Muslim girls, especially White working class girls, as property available for sexual use. Girls were told that they’re “White trash” who deserved punishment.
