Started our week @RAMPSwcpsmd with our 1st #ScienceofReading Forum! We had nearly 50 staff, including teachers, paraprofessionals, and admin who showed up to learn with and from one another. A true testament to the collective commitment to growing readers!

We had a great turnout for our Annual Trunk or Treat last night! Time spent building community and enjoying smiles and laughs with our families is always time well spent!

Got to collaborate with some of our 5th grade teachers this morning to analyze common assessments in order to identify instructional next steps! It was very exciting to see the conceptual understanding students have built so far this year! @elemmathgurl

After we learn a new sound it becomes the “secret password” for entering the classroom, allowing for several extra daily repetitions. The kids ❤️ it - and don’t worry about the ones who forget; if they don’t copy the child in front of them I supply the sound for them to repeat.
