I just finished my semester of teaching Applied Performance Psychology for AMDA College of the Performing Arts, LOS ANGELES.

Second, I am always delighted to see the positive, often life changing, affect of mental skills training in the lives of performing artists. This semester has proven this true again.

After years of engaging in the process of understanding the many domains of the performing arts, it is wonderful to see it in action. Not only did my students openly receive the information to their individual advantage, most of them took steps to apply it as they learned it.
