At the heart of true leadership liea service. Thus, when leadership strays from this fundamental truth, it becomes a ship without a rudder - lost and aimless, roaming the sea and arriving at no worthwhile destination.
And you will not have to beg to #experience and #enjoy authentic leadership influence from wherever you are located on the #globe π because you would have #earned the #right to be #trusted, #heard, and #followed.

It's good to have highly revered and successful #mentors and #role_models in all areas of #life. But it is also #wisdom to know how to set healthy #boundaries in your relationships with them.
Be a door opener for others, just as others have opened doors for you. Remember, most people will never reach their full potential without someone believing in them. So, dare to embrace servant leadership, for true power lies not in self-aggrandizement, but in serving others.
True leadership is a rare blend of a life of Purpose and selfless Service to humanity. It is a burden that makes great and selfless servant leaders bleed as they lead in their spheres of influence, impact, and significance.

It is eye service when you are serving yourself or prioritizing the interests of a privileged minority over the needs of the many. Great service exists when you dedicate yourself to serving the greater good of all, with the integrity of heart and the skillfulness of hands.
You can never give life, but you can certainly take it by your wrong and abusive use of your position(s) of leadership and power in all sectors and spheres of human endeavors. This is a sobering reminder of the responsibility that comes with leadership positions.
Power belongs to God - it is a gift from God the highest authority in the heavens, cosmos, and entire universe. Power is therefore a sacred trust that is given to man for the betterment of others.
God places people in your lives to help them grow, to believe in them, and to empower them to become all they were created to be.
It is therefore a very rare and great privilege to play a part in people's journey of life, career, ministry, and destiny fulfillment and prosperity.
Be a door opener for others, just as others have opened doors for you. Remember, most people will never reach their full potential without someone believing in them. So, dare to embrace servant leadership, for true power lies not in self-aggrandizement, but in serving others.
We must all use our rare privileged leadership positions and opportunities in all sectors of life to empower, uplift, and inspire.
We need to exemplify the true meaning of leadership - and showcase the incredible impact it can have on the world and the people around us.
