#用一刻刺激去減壓最不智
有一部分人，在無法面對壓力時，會做一些不應該做的 #禁忌 ，好像 #影裙底相 、 #病態賭博 、 #偷竊 等。
如果未能學懂 #面對壓力 ，並且切斷壓力和禁忌的關係，很可能不斷重犯。
法律和媒體應否鼓勵他們面對精神問題，而不只是想用重刑去懲罰。

#腰背痛 可能在MRI素描也找不到具體傷患���但是患者卻承受極大痛楚。很多時，腰背痛會引發 #抑鬱症 ，而抑鬱症又再讓腰背痛加劇。
病人如果得不到合適的抗抑鬱藥，很可能捱了多年也是未能上班。

有醫學實證的方法，乃防止『三高』，即『血壓高、血糖高（即糖尿病）和血脂高』。
此外，也要避免頭部受傷、退休後保持充實的生活、保持腦筋靈活、經常運動。
