Shocking Discrepancy: Huge Difference in Health Check-up Reports from Tata 1mg and dr Lal Pathlabs!

I recently underwent a preventive health check-up, first with Tata 1mg dtd 16Nov.2024 and then with Dr Lal Pathlabs dtd 17Nov 2024.

To my surprise, there's a significant difference in the results from both labs.
On 16nov 2024 Frm Tata 1mg Report My Triglycerides count is 212 and exactly after 24hrs From Lal Path Reports My triglycerides count is 68 only.Screenshot of Reports Attached

This inconsistency raises serious concerns about the reliability of these diagnostic services. As a consumer, I'm left wondering which report to trust.

For your kind information, emergency services are open 24×7. It's just non emergency services shouldn't be open whole day. Why aren't courts, banks, government offices open in evening?
