Sourav Joshi is such a harmless guy. He just makes his own content and does silly stuff (bakchodi). He pointed out the ethanol issue in his video and even cut that part later. Now people here are digging up his traffic challans using his vehicle number and asking the govt to impound his car to “teach him a lesson.” It’s simply jealousy.

નાયબ મુખ્યમંત્રી હર્ષ સંઘવી કહે છે અને ઘણી જગ્યાએ માધ્યમોમાં એવું કહેવાઈ રહ્યું છે કે લગ્ન નોંધણીમાં માતા પિતાની સહમતી અનિવાર્ય રહેશે. How?

ડ્રાફ્ટ નિયમો પ્રમાણે લગ્ન નોંધણીની અરજી વખતે દીકરીએ આપેલ ડિટેઈલ્સ માતા -પિતાને મેસેજથી મોકલાશે. તો આ તો થઇ જાણની વાત. આમાં સહમતી ક્યાં ફરજીયાત થઇ?

જો પ્રેમ લગ્નમાં માતા- પિતા સહમતી નથી આપતાં (અને એ સ્વાભાવિક છે) તો શું લગ્ન નોંધણી થશે જ નહીં? એવું કરવું તો બંધારણની વિરુદ્ધ જવું છે તો આમાં સહમતી ફરજીયાત ક્યાં થઇ? વર - વધુએ લગ્નની જાણ મા- બાપને કરી છે કે કેમ તેનું ડીક્લેરેશન આપવાનું છે. એનો અર્થ સહમતી નથી.

'પ્રેમ લગ્નમાં માબાપની સહમતી ફરજીયાત' આ શબ્દો બધે વાપરી વાપરી શું ખોટી માહિતી નથી ફેલાવાઈ રહી? How is this practical?

One common thing people use in arguments on X the moment someone says I am a qualified expert - "Appeal to authority fallacy!"
There is a huge difference between a subject expert telling about his or her expertise and internet trolls and random junk opinions. You can use appeal to authority term, maybe when a politician or some influencer gives his opinion but not to a subject expert. Your hours or days or years on the internet don't give you even 1% of expertise on any subject unless you have formally studied or trained in that and have been certified. #mondaygyaan
