@AlmaneeBader@DjsAviation Does the 777X really seem to fit their market though? It just seems like a bit too big/complex for their current network. Definitely not saying it's off the table, but it just seems a bit much for AA.
@MashedUpToo@DjsAviation Unless there's a new certification going around to put pax in the same area as cargo, I don't think we'll be seeing AA order the 777-8 any time soon.
@GustavSteger@Turbinetraveler Yeah I don't recall swiss having a321neos in 2010, nor do I recall VA having A35K's in 2010 either. That's probably because neither aircraft types were in service in 2010. Try a little more recently.
@tonyver45@aviationbrk As much as I don't like him, a report isn't even out yet and you already blame him? That's like blaming the governor because a car crashed into the guardrail on a highway.
@Alex34154901@JetBlue@Airbus They... Don't make any profit? They haven't made profit in years. There's a reason they're trying so hard to get a merger. Maybe get your facts right and fuck off.
@Hoosiervoice1@GrowlerEnjooyer@consoleofrome@ChasingChargers@BNONews BECAUSE THE CONTROLLER WAS OVERWORKED HANDLING MULTIPLE FREQUENCIES AT ONCE! Goodness gracious these types of events are a breeding ground for retards like you. As pilots (and ground crew as well), we are TAUGHT to check left and right on an active runway. Yes, you're a dumbfuck.
@ethicalscience_@Kagan_M_Dunlap What a stupid and uneducated comment. The controller was incredibly overworked at the time and was handling multiple frequencies and aircraft at the same time. He repeatedly told the vehicle to STOP but the crew never heard the instruction. You seriously need to pick up a book.
