@FedExHelp I have talked to y’all on the phone. I have had the shipper change where it’s getting dropped off. Nothing has changed. I still haven’t received my package.

@FedExHelp thanks for nothing. I followed the directions you gave me & for days I’ve receive no notice of my signature delivery, while going to the WRONG door! Contacting the shipper & they were told they can’t change anything to allow different options.

At this point I’m basically being told I will not get my package. No one is helping me. This is so messed up. When this gets back to the return address, we will be sure to use another courier. I will tell everyone to avoid fedex at all cost. The “Help” yall provide is abhorrent.

I told y’all about the wrong door and zero notification yesterday, and nothing changed. I told y’all today that the shipper is being told they can’t change anything. All y’all did was look at your messed up system on a computer screen and tell me again to contact the shipper.

Poor baby angel and folks here projecting anger at the new owners who probably feel devastated, finding the little one in such pain. 😢
